Our first week in California has passed and I am almost caught up with work. My seminars in Italy are just a few weeks away and I am hurried to clear my schedule, so I can start preparing for them full-time.
I’d also like to record and narrate most of the videos for my Amateur to Pro video-book, because Aleksey Dovgulya is planning to come out to Los Angeles in January 2014, so we could focus on our Go Pro ebook. Exciting times! I am loving California. Love our new place, my new office and can’t wait for the rest of our things to arrive from Omaha. I now get up at 5-6am and get to work right away. I feel like I am much more productive when I start early, but going to sleep at 10pm is really not something I can easily do. I have to force myself, turn off my computer and go to bed.
I am very excited that I have found a great graphic design company from the UK, who are willing to work with me on my new business cards and digital portfolio. These guys are well-known for the masterclasses they organize for photographers and retouchers, and I will soon be able to reveal their name. I can’t wait to see what they come up with for me!
Another thing on my list is a new printed portfolio and I will write about it once I research current trends and update myself on what works these days. I haven’t needed one in a few years, but now it’s time. I’m also back to writing for Fstoppers, and my most recent article “How & Why Our Clients Choose Us” is up.
